Question 1

How much does Skylab Factory office space cost in Belgium?

Accepted Answer

Skylab Factory workspace in Belgium averages EUR 262 per desk per month across the 60 workspaces listed here, which are 40 private offices and 20 coworking desks.

Because the figure is an average across both types, a coworking desk usually sits below it and a larger private office above it.

Skylab Factory does not publish prices on its own site, so enquire on a listing and the operator confirms the rate for your team size and term.

Question 2

Where are the Skylab Factory centres in Belgium?

Accepted Answer

Skylab Factory has four buildings listed in Belgium, one each in Brussels, Mons, Mouscron and Tournai.

Skylab Factory's own site places its Brussels centre on Avenue Louise and describes the Mouscron centre as sitting at the heart of the Eurometropolis.

Each listing names its building and the space on offer there, so you can compare the four centres side by side before enquiring.

Question 3

What is Skylab Factory Mons?

Accepted Answer

Skylab Factory Mons is one of the operator's four business centres in Belgium, and Skylab Factory's own site describes it as a former car dealership converted into a business centre with a neat, industrial setting.

Across its centres, Skylab Factory's site lists private offices, shared offices, coworking, virtual offices and meeting rooms. Check the Mons listing for the space types and sizes offered there, as availability changes.

Question 4

Does Skylab Factory offer coworking in Belgium?

Accepted Answer

Yes — Skylab Factory offers coworking in Belgium, with 20 coworking desks listed across its four buildings in Brussels, Mons, Mouscron and Tournai.

Skylab Factory's site describes its coworking as open-plan workstations in a friendly atmosphere. It also offers shared offices, where members share a private office with other members.

The EUR 262 per desk per month average covers both coworking desks and private offices, so ask for the desk rate itself.

Question 5

Can I rent a private office at Skylab Factory?

Accepted Answer

Yes — you can rent a private office at Skylab Factory in Belgium, and private offices make up 40 of the 60 workspaces listed across its four buildings.

Every building records furnished space, a kitchen, reception services, mail handling, printing, a business lounge, parking in the building, air conditioning and disabled access.

Office sizes vary by centre, so check each listing for capacity and enquire to confirm the rate for your team.

Question 6

Does Skylab Factory offer a virtual office in Belgium?

Accepted Answer

Yes — Skylab Factory offers virtual offices in Belgium, which its site describes as a way to locate your business at one of its centres for visibility and flexibility.

Virtual offices are not listed as a bookable space type here, so ask the operator about plan contents and price. Every Skylab Factory building records mail handling and reception services.

If you plan to use the address as your registered seat, confirm the requirements with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises.

Question 7

Does Skylab Factory have meeting rooms?

Accepted Answer

Yes — Skylab Factory offers meeting rooms at its Belgian centres, which its own site describes as professional spaces with top-of-the-range services and equipment.

Meeting rooms are not listed as separately bookable spaces here; Skylab Factory arranges them at the centre.

Ask about hourly or daily rates, room capacity and any allowance for members when you enquire, as these are set by the operator.

Question 8

Can I access Skylab Factory 24/7?

Accepted Answer

Yes — all four Skylab Factory buildings listed in Belgium record 24/7 access, so members can use their space outside normal business hours.

Reception services are recorded in every building, but staffed hours are set by each centre, so confirm them for Brussels, Mons, Mouscron or Tournai when you enquire.

Ask how entry works for your plan at the same time.

Question 9

How long can I rent a Skylab Factory workspace for?

Accepted Answer

Skylab Factory offices and desks in Belgium can be taken on terms from a single month to 12, 24 months or longer, depending on the space and the centre.

Skylab Factory's site does not publish standard contract lengths, so the operator confirms the options with your quote.

Ask about the notice period and what happens at renewal at the same time, so the agreement fits your plans.

Question 10

How do I book a visit to Skylab Factory?

Accepted Answer

You can book a visit to a Skylab Factory centre in Belgium by enquiring on the listing or through the visit form on Skylab Factory's own site, where you choose the centre you want to see.

Tours can be arranged at Brussels, Mons, Mouscron and Tournai. Seeing more than one centre helps you compare offices and coworking areas.

Bring your headcount and preferred start date so the operator can show suitable space.
