The founder of Boxer Property Management Corporation, Andrew Segal, formed the company in September 1992. Boxer Property initiated its first project in Dallas, Texas at 8500 N Stemmons Freeway where it leased office space of a six-story 108,000 square foot building space.The initial projects focused on acquiring, managing, leasing, and administering commercial office buildings. Over years, it has expanded its operations transforming retail centers, resort hotels and other real estate businesses into stable properties. Boxer has improved the value of retail centers by revamping assets and offering low operating costs that have improved retail experience. The company continues to grow and currently manages over 15 million square feet of commercial buildings in different major cities. Boxer Property integrates progressive management and logical strategy to rejuvenate under-performing assets. Its qualified team of professionals provides the quality management expertise in real estate, construction, marketing, design, and maintenance. Through its professionalism, the company has grown to manage and offer variety services including property management, acquisition and disposition, leasing and much more.
