The founder of Boxer Property Management Corporation, Andrew Segal, formed the company in September 1992. Boxer Property initiated its first project in Dallas, Texas at 8500 N Stemmons Freeway where it leased office space of a six-story 108,000 square foot building space.The initial projects focused on acquiring, managing, leasing, and administering commercial office buildings.
