Officenexus is a new co-working location, encouraging a healthy work-life balance in a creative and collaborative environment We are bridging the gap between a traditional office and the ultra-casual style typically seen in co-working offices by offering a relaxed informal office space - work from a desk, couch or beanbag, whilst accessing a more traditional style reception and meeting areas for when you want to project a professional image. We believe a day at the office should be informal and productive but we also understand that in business, image is everything – we keep our staff and reception area professional at all times so you can make a good impression when welcoming guests to our premises. We are a well established full service coworking space located on the fringe of the CBD in Perth. We have a number of private offices as well as meeting rooms, coworking desks and hot desks available for long and short term hire. Officenexus is ideal for any company or individual who wants to be close to the city, but avoid the hussel and bussel of the busy city life.

Answers to Common Private Office Queries in Australia

Across the Regus offices listed in Australia, the average is AUD 525 per desk per month. It is an average, not a starting price: a private office in Sydney costs more and a shared desk less, with team size moving it either way. Each listing shows its own monthly price so two options can be compared side by side.
Regus has 60+ locations across Australia, led by Sydney with 7, Melbourne with 7, Adelaide with 5, with Brisbane, Canberra and Parramatta behind them. A business with staff in more than one of those cities can put them all under one operator and one agreement rather than negotiating separately in each.
Regus lists 110+ virtual office options across Australia. A virtual office gives a business a professional address at a Regus centre, with mail handling and the option to book a desk or meeting room there when one is needed. It is the lowest-priced product in the range and sits well below the AUD 525 per desk monthly average for physical space.
Yes. Regus lists 160+ coworking desks across Australia, alongside its private offices. Coworking desks are the lowest-cost way into a Regus building, and suit solo workers and small teams, and they sit below the AUD 525 per desk monthly average. A team can move into a private office in the same building as it grows.
Regus lists 1,500+ private offices across Australia, from rooms for one or two people up to space for larger teams. A private office is a lockable room for one company, furnished and ready to use, with internet, utilities and cleaning inside the monthly price. Terms run from a single month to 12, 24 months or longer.
Yes. Regus lists 14 enterprise suites across Australia, each a self-contained floor or wing used by one company while the building's entrance and shared facilities are managed for it. They suit a department or a company of twenty to several hundred people that wants its own space, branding and layout without signing a conventional lease.
Every Regus office and desk listed in Australia includes furnished workspace, high-speed internet, utilities and cleaning in the monthly price, so a team can move in and work on the first day. Most Regus buildings also offer a kitchen, hot drinks and lockable storage. What is included beyond that varies by building, and each listing shows what applies at that address.
Terms on Regus workspace in Australia are flexible, running from a single month to 12, 24 months or longer. A short term suits a business that may grow or move within the year; a longer term usually brings a lower monthly rate. Notice periods and cancellation follow the agreement signed for that building, so check the term and notice clause before committing.
Regus is a brand of IWG plc, the flexible workspace group that also operates Spaces and HQ. The brands share a parent company and booking systems but are positioned differently, and each is listed separately. In Australia, Regus operates 60+ locations offering private offices, coworking desks and virtual offices on flexible terms.
Regus has 7 centres in Sydney, its largest concentration in Australia, with more in Melbourne, Adelaide and Brisbane. Across Australia there are 60+ Regus locations and 1,800+ listings, so most teams can find a building within reach of their clients or their commute.
