Cornerstone Conveyancing

Cornerstone Conveyancing is a family based business and was established in South Australia in 1979 by Sandra M Cooper who qualified as a Land Broker, as the profession was then known, in 1974. The practice has since expanded to include Nick Xenides, Principal and Company Director, Nick's daughter Nicole Xenides-Rajan, Practice Manager and Registered Conveyancer and Nick's son Andrew Xenides, Registered Conveyancer. Nick is highly respected and has been a Registered Conveyancer for over 35 years and highly experienced in all aspects of conveyancing. Nicole is a Registered Conveyancer and our Practice Manager with over 12 years previous experience in banking. Her role as Practice Manager ensures that the office runs in an efficient and professional manner. Andrew, has been a Registered Conveyancer for over 10 years and also holds a degree in computing science. This expertise allows the practice to be at the cutting edge of the move to electronic settlements. Our Conveyancers have a commitment to ongoing professional development which ensures we are fully accredited with government registration requirements and with the Australian Institute of Conveyancers. Support personnel have relevant qualifications for their specific duties within the practice, including the Australian Institute of Conveyancers Certificate in Practical Skills for Clerical officers in Conveyancing Practices. We use the latest technology and telecommunications to ensure that we are able to provide our clients with prompt and relevant information and advice.
