At Office Hub, we thrive on exploring new spaces and uncovering hidden gems in the world of coworking. So, you can imagine our excitement when we had the opportunity to visit The Great Room by Industrious, a newcomer to Sydney’s workspace scene.
Despite its recent opening, this space has already left a lasting impression on us, with a few successful deals sealed within its walls in just a short span of two weeks!

Located on 85 Castlereagh Street, right in the heart of Westfield shopping center, this workspace boasts not only a prime location for those who enjoy a bit of retail therapy but also breathtaking 360-degree views of the Sydney CBD. It's a feast for the eyes from every angle, providing an inspiring backdrop for a day of productivity.
Set for success
Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the amazing Marco Kalik and Josh Alfara, who have gone above and beyond to accommodate our team. They've generously provided us with an office space that's far more spacious than what we initially anticipated, and we couldn't be more grateful for their hospitality.
Throughout the day, the dedicated barista keeps us fueled with an endless supply of delicious coffees, ensuring that our productivity levels remain sky-high. But the real highlight of our day comes during lunchtime, when the team surprises us with a spread in their lavish kitchen. It's a testament to the thoughtfulness and care that goes into every aspect of The Great Room experience.
The perfect day
As the day progresses, the weather takes a turn for the better, with the rain giving way to sunshine – just in time for drinks hour! Because what's Desk Surfing without a Friday afternoon tipple, enjoyed in the company of our gracious hosts and fellow Desk Surfers?
