A unique set up of 18 serviced offices of varying sizes from single desk spaces right up to a six person space. There are two meeting rooms that accomodate 3-8 people comfortably. A large kitchen is available to all tenants and guests for preparation of coffee/tea and lunches and on the first floor there is also a kitchenette area. The ground floor warehouse space and upper level mezzanine is also available for tenants' hire for storage of equipment or stock as required. Reception is manned during business hours to greet all visitors to the building. Tenants are provided 24/7 access and parking is free onsite and on street.


Office tours are going ahead as normal, both online and in-person. All in-person tours follow the latest Government recommendations regarding health and safety, including frequent sanitisation and practising social distancing.
