Question 1

What does Venture Workspace offer in South Africa?

Accepted Answer

Venture Workspace runs business centres in South Africa, and its site lists coworking hot desks, dedicated desks, serviced private offices, day offices, virtual offices and meeting rooms.

Two private offices are listed here across its four buildings, so the other products are arranged directly with the operator.

Availability changes, so enquire on a listing and the operator confirms what suits at each centre.

Question 2

Does Venture Workspace have meeting rooms?

Accepted Answer

Yes — All four Venture Workspace buildings in South Africa record a meeting room, bookable at a charge rather than included in the monthly price.

The operator's site quotes meeting rooms at between ZAR 250 and ZAR 450 an hour depending on the branch and room size, with half-day and full-day packages.

Meeting rooms are not listed as separately bookable spaces here; Venture Workspace arranges them at the centre.

Question 3

What is included in a Venture Workspace office?

Accepted Answer

Every Venture Workspace building records 24/7 access, a kitchen, reception services, mail handling, printing facilities, a business lounge, air conditioning and disabled access, and all four are furnished.

The operator's site adds high-speed fibre, backup power, cleaning and utilities, with some packages including five hours of meeting-room use a month.

What is bundled varies by package and branch, so check before you sign.

Question 4

How long is a Venture Workspace agreement?

Accepted Answer

Venture Workspace's site describes flexible service agreements with no long-term commitment required, and terms in South Africa can run from a single month to 12, 24 months or longer.

Shorter terms give flexibility, while longer ones usually give more certainty on price.

The term on offer depends on the branch and the size of office, so agree it, along with the notice period, with the operator when you enquire.

Question 5

How much does Venture Workspace cost in South Africa?

Accepted Answer

The Venture Workspace private offices listed in South Africa average ZAR 4,228 per desk per month across those two listings, an average rather than a starting price.

Venture Workspace's own price list quotes unlimited hot-desk membership at ZAR 2,600 a month and dedicated desks from ZAR 3,700 a month, both excluding VAT, with private offices priced on enquiry.

The rate depends on the branch, the size of office and the term.

Question 6

Where are Venture Workspace's centres in Cape Town?

Accepted Answer

Venture Workspace has four buildings recorded in South Africa, and its own site places its branches at Claremont, Constantia, Riverlands in Observatory and Somerset West, all in the Cape Town area.

All four record 24/7 access, a kitchen, reception services, mail handling, printing facilities, a business lounge, air conditioning and disabled access, and all are furnished.

The operator's site gives reception hours of Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00.

Question 7

Does Venture Workspace offer hot desks or coworking?

Accepted Answer

Yes — Venture Workspace's price list includes a day hot desk at ZAR 225 a day, a ten-days-a-month package at ZAR 1,600 a month and unlimited hot-desking at ZAR 2,600 a month, all excluding VAT.

Coworking desks are not among the workspaces listed here, which are private offices, so a desk is booked with the operator directly.

The operator's prices may change, so confirm them when you enquire.

Question 8

Can I rent a private office from Venture Workspace?

Accepted Answer

Yes — Two Venture Workspace private offices are listed in South Africa, averaging ZAR 4,228 per desk per month across those two listings.

Venture Workspace's site describes its private offices as fully serviced, with an address, phone, reception and 24-hour security, and prices them on enquiry.

The cost depends on the branch, how many desks you need and the length of term, so ask when you enquire.

Question 9

Does Venture Workspace offer a virtual office in Cape Town?

Accepted Answer

Yes — Venture Workspace's site lists a virtual office at ZAR 1,000 a month excluding VAT, covering a business address for mail and receptionist services, plus a ZAR 1,500 version adding three hours of meeting-room use each month.

Virtual offices are not listed as bookable workspaces here.

If you intend to register a company at the address, confirm what is acceptable with the CIPC before you commit.

Question 10

How do I book a viewing at Venture Workspace?

Accepted Answer

Enquire on the Venture Workspace listing that interests you and the operator confirms the price, what is open and a time to tour the building in South Africa.

All four buildings are furnished, so a small team can usually start soon after terms are signed; paperwork and any deposit set the timing rather than a fit-out.

Ask at the same stage how notice works and what happens when the agreement ends.
