Bluecloud Australia Pty Ltd

BlueCloud Australia was established late 2011, but the product started its development in a contact centre almost 4 years earlier. This centre faced challenges similar to many others in the industry, as tools such as an automated dialler would cost tens of thousand dollars to acquire. A significant cost for many SMEs, BlueCloud was initially an in house application to overcome these issues, and was tested thoroughly by the contact centre staff through the all development stages. The current version of BlueCloud is a far cry from the early versions used internally, and now includes advanced features usually only found with top end systems. It also boasts a few unique features we are sure you will like.
