360Hit is a new modern boxing and wellness studio for women, birthed from the passion of two women Melissa and Tracey that were passionate about holistic health and wellness and wanted to create a space whereby women can feel like they are in a safe place to grow personally, mentally, physically and spiritually.We wanted this space to be a hub where women and girls can realise their goals beyond the physical. Our 2 studio’s include a boxing + fitness circuit, group classes, relaxation lounge, a refreshment bar, workshops, meditation space, wellness + massage services. Our studio is a safe, supportive environment for women to build strength, confidence and resilience on a mind, body and soul level. We are hoping you will feel that our space is warm, inviting and honest. You will feel listening to and have a home away from home. We want you to feel motivated and encouraged by the dynamic and sociable nature of our small group training circuit and wellness studio. Our goal is that every member will leave feeling amazing on every level and want to keep growing with us .
