Two groups of two workstations and some vacant office space is on offer within an open-plan environment. The space is currently occupied by an Archtiectural practice and Town Planning consultancy working together in a collegiate environment, and we are seeking like-minded professionals to add to our positvie working environment.

The Building is a 5 Star Nabers Green Star office building, constructed in 2015, incoporarting all the credentials of environmentally sustainable design, including solar power, rainwater harvesting, excelent natural light and cross-ventilation. The location is on prestigious Collins Street, surrounded by headquarters of the major banks and many government departments. The building itself comprises many small businesses, offering convenient professional and retail facilities.
