Our company is Urban Core Victoria, a young, highly motivated and bubbly group of people building high end fit outs across Victoria. We are a team of 10 working in the office and have space to rent some desks out in our brand new fit out. One of the best features of this building is that Urban Core did the fit out and build for the amazing café downstairs as well as the wine bar in the basement.

Inspired by Japanese modernist architecture, 67 Palmerston Crescent, South Melbourne creates a sense of place and exudes refined elegance in the rich streetscape. Maximizing the outlook to the city through a series of bold framing elements the building’s design uses clean and simple materiality and form to realise this.
