The communal kitchenette and toilets are located on the lower level. While there is a lift from the ground floor the only access to the mezzanine is via stairs. The 86, 109 and 12 trams stop within 100m of the office and Parliament station is a short walkt away. The building has a lot of light and our office is full of plants and art.
