Our office for lease is the mezzanine level of our two floor office. It has been recently recarpeted and has 5 adjustable desks and a bookcase already in place. The communal kitchenette and toilets are located on the lower level. While there is a lift from the ground floor the only access to the mezzanine is via stairs. Power/data coffee and tea are available.

The office is located on smith st in Fitzroy, the area is filled with cafes, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and is a bustling area. The 86, 109 and 12 trams stop within 100m of the office and Parliament station is a short walkt away. The building has a lot of light and our office is full of plants and art. The mezzanine on offer has electric height adjustable desks, chairs and furniture already in place.
