We are a Financial Planning business but as we grow we will look to offshore and outsource more and more and therefore we do not need all the space we currently have.We have started to also work from home more than usual and therefore we could negotiate the sharing of the car parks. We currently have 5 car parks of which 2 are reserved for clients, although when we do not have meeting our staff use themOur office has a big boardroom that we could share and a small meeting room that could be converted into a private office. We have 3 desks currently available but could also fit more desks if required. The small meeting room could easily have two desks and the room by our reception could also fit another 1-2 desks.The rent is negotiable depending on the size of the business, ranging from $2,300 per month to $2,800 per month. The reception has room for another sign and so do the outdoor areas / car parksWe would be looking to share all other amenities like internet, electricity and waterWe also have a fully equipped kitchen. All you would need to do is bring your computers!
