11 Douro Street

We have three private offices available for rental at our Douro Street facility. It's important to note that these offices are completely separate from our own operations within the building and guests have access to their own private kitchenette (including a fridge and kettle) along with private bathroom facilities and an outdoor decking area. Complimentary Wi Fi and Power are both included as part of the rental along with tea and coffee. The three spaces are all different sizes meeting we have a pricing option to suit a variety of budgets and requirements.

We've purpose designed our workspaces for comfortable and convenient private office rental located in the heart of industrial North Geelong. There are only three spaces available meaning that the maximum amount of people occupying the spaces on anyone day will be 3. This insures plenty of peace and quiet for our guests who all have access to a private kitchenette/common area and outdoor decking as part of their daily rate.
