Colab 4010 is a co-working space in Albion Brisbane with private offices, dedicated desks, hot desks and studio space available. host regular events and support artists and creatives any way. Current tenants include a barber, interior designer, tailor, digital marketing agency, tech start up, furniture builder, florist, visual artists and filmmakers. passionate about creating a supportive community for tenants in an inclusive and friendly environment without the pressure of mentorship programs. Colab 4010 is housed in a converted warehouse with a range ofwork spaces catering to small businesses, entrepreneurs, freelances, start ups and creative professionals. We offer flexible lease terms with month-to-month leases available. Private offices- Our private, air-conditioned offices are lockable and range from 11sqm–30sqm. On site parking included with some office spaces. Prices start at $135+gst/week. There is also a shared kitchen and lounge space for tenants as well as a pool table and casual seating perfect for Friday afternoon drinks. Colab already has a number of tenants and we are looking to entice similar minded creative people into the space to encourage a creative energy.
