It offers a prime location, just a stone’s throw away from the convenient Rosebank Mall and Gautrain Station.The building provides the perfect blend of comfort and professionalism, with a welcoming barista available in the lobby from 7am to 4pm every day. The lobby is situated with a view of the oak tree and garden in the middle of the precinct so your coffee will always come with a beautiful view!24/7 SecurityOur building is monitored 24/7 by security guards and we have roving patrols to ensure the safety of our tenants. We also provide access tags for our tenants, which allow them to enter the building and their designated areas with ease. In addition, we have a dedicated full-time facility manager who is available to assist tenants with any security issues. Our building is accessible 24 hours a day, so tenants can access their workspaces whenever they need to.Gautrain ShuttleWe are now offering a shuttle service between the Gautrain Station and Oxford & Glenhove. This service has been operating successfully for some time now. The shuttle is a 10-seater vehicle and has a dedicated driver who parks outside the basement entrance on 9th Street.
