With this expansion, we ensure that we can provide as many hybrid workers as possible with a professional workspace!At our Leiden location, in addition to our flexible workspaces, we have a very bright, dedicated office space available. The space is approximately 45 m² and is ideally suited for companies with 4-8 employees.In addition to using the office, we also offer the option to use our other facilities, such as meeting rooms (on a reservation basis) and phone booths.This office plug & pay! In other words, you only need to bring a laptop and you can get to work. The office currently features 12 fully equipped workstations with an electric sit-stand desk, an ergonomic office chair, a keyboard, and an extra monitor. Additionally, there is a private lunch/meeting table. When renting this space, you can decide for yourself which furniture you want to keep and which items can be removed from the room.At Hubbz Offices, we work with an all-in concept, which is why the following items are included in the rental of this office:- Internet- Cleaning- Unlimited coffee/tea- 24/7 access- Use of meeting rooms (on a reservation basis and fair-use policy)- Use of phone booths- 4-8 fully equipped workstations with electric sit/stand desks, ergonomic office chairs, keyboards, and an extra monitor- Chamber of Commerce registrationThe building is very conveniently located. Our location in Amsterdam South East is easy to reach:-Sufficient parking for bicycles;-Bullewijk metro station is 450 meters walking distance;-Parking at P10 - 3 euros per hour (Herikerbergweg 228, 1101 CT Amsterdam);-Bondi bike (from September) for a short errand around the corner.
