During the road closure, the sidewalk on Rosemary St. remains open, as does our main entrance opposite the construction site. For parking closest to our entrance, use the Wallace Parking Garage at 150 E. Rosemary St.Access to the garage remains open during the road closure. Occasionally, a construction worker may guide you to the garage entrance. The Wallace Parking Garage operates on metered parking managed by the town of Chapel Hill.
