Our five-story building serves as an entrepreneurial hub, housing the TechTown administrative offices, our coworking community, meeting and event space, and numerous businesses working across sectors to drive progress in Detroit. TechTown works in close partnership with Wayne States Office of Economic Development, the universitys hub for catalyzing business activity in Midtown and across the Detroit region.

Public Transit + Bike/Car Share:
TechTown and the Wayne State University Industry Innovation Center (I2C) are served by the QLINE Amsterdam Station, DDOT routes 16, 23, 53 and 498 and SMART routes 445, 450, 460, 465 and 475. They are served by DDOT routes 80 and 89 during the morning and evening. There is a stop for the Wayne State Main Campus and Medical Campus shuttles in front of the Wayne State University Industry Innovation Center.
There is a MoGo bike share station at Second Avenue and Burroughs. Bike parking is available next to TechTown and in the bike shelter at Cass and Amsterdam.
There is a Zipcar lot one block south of TechTown at Cass and York (Lot 13).
