Question 1

How much does NextSpace cost in Surabaya?

Accepted Answer

NextSpace space in Indonesia averages IDR 546,000 per desk per month across its listed private offices and virtual offices.

That average spans both types, and virtual offices, which include no desk, pull it down; a private office costs more per month. The price for a particular listing depends on the city, the space and the term, and is confirmed when you enquire.

Question 2

How much is a NextSpace virtual office?

Accepted Answer

NextSpace's pages list its standard Virtual Office at IDR 3,000,000 per year in Surabaya, at Surya Sumantri in Bandung, and at Sawojajar in Malang.

A Virtual Office Premier package is also listed, priced by location: IDR 6,500,000 per year in Surabaya and IDR 9,000,000 per year at Surya Sumantri. There are 7 NextSpace virtual office listings here, each priced on its listing.

Question 3

Where are NextSpace locations in Indonesia?

Accepted Answer

NextSpace has four buildings listed in Indonesia:
• Surabaya: 2 buildings
• Bandung: 1 building
• Malang: 1 building

The centres appear on the site of USpace, the operator behind NextSpace, which names Surabaya sites powered by Next Space and a Bandung centre on Jalan Surya Sumantri. Together the four buildings carry 13 listed workspaces.

Question 4

What does a NextSpace virtual office include?

Accepted Answer

A NextSpace virtual office includes a business address, according to its Sawojajar, Malang page, along with:
• Receptionist service
• A domicile letter (surat domisili)
• Mail and package handling
• 15 days of coworking a year
• 25 hours of meeting-room use a year

If you plan to use the address to register a company, confirm the requirements with the OSS licensing system or your local authority.

Question 5

Can I rent a private office at NextSpace?

Accepted Answer

Yes — NextSpace has 6 private office listings in Indonesia across its Surabaya, Bandung and Malang buildings.

USpace describes its private offices as rooms for teams from two people upward. Its Surya Sumantri page in Bandung lists a private office at IDR 5,000,000 per month. Every NextSpace building listed is furnished and air-conditioned, and size and price vary by listing.

Question 6

Does NextSpace offer coworking day passes?

Accepted Answer

Yes — NextSpace's Surabaya pages list coworking at IDR 50,000 per day, giving use of a shared area with desks, chairs and sofas.

Coworking is not among the space types listed on Office Hub for NextSpace, which cover private offices and virtual offices, so day use is arranged directly with the centre. Its virtual office package also includes 15 coworking days a year.

Question 7

Are meeting rooms available at NextSpace?

Accepted Answer

Yes — NextSpace lists meeting rooms by the hour, at IDR 100,000 per hour in Surabaya and IDR 150,000 per hour at Surya Sumantri in Bandung, according to its own pages.

One of the four buildings listed here records a meeting room, bookable at a charge. Meeting rooms are not listed as separately bookable spaces; NextSpace arranges them at the centre.

Question 8

What facilities do NextSpace buildings have?

Accepted Answer

Every NextSpace building listed in Indonesia records 24/7 access, a kitchen, reception services, mail handling, printing and parking in the building.

All four are furnished and air-conditioned and record disabled access, and three of the four record a business lounge. How each facility is included in your plan, for example printing allowances, is confirmed by the operator on enquiry.

Question 9

How long can I rent NextSpace office space for?

Accepted Answer

NextSpace space in Indonesia can be taken on terms from a single month to 12, 24 months or longer, depending on the product and what the operator agrees.

NextSpace prices its virtual offices by the year and its Bandung private office by the month, so the natural term differs by product. Check the notice period and renewal terms in the agreement before signing.

Question 10

How do I view a NextSpace office and how soon can I move in?

Accepted Answer

To view a NextSpace office in Surabaya, Bandung or Malang, enquire on the listing and the operator arranges a visit to the centre.

Every NextSpace building is furnished, so a private office can usually be used soon after the agreement is signed. A virtual office address can start once your documents are accepted. Timing depends on availability, which changes, and on the paperwork required.
