We love building great partnerships with others in the office space industry and our Buddy Bonus Referral Scheme is our way of saying thank you when you refer a client to us that you can’t help.

If your office space is full or you don’t have a solution that’s quite right for the client, submit their details and earn a cash reward. We’ll help them find their perfect office space and you’ll personally earn the equivalent of 10% of their new average monthly rental rate, up to a whopping $1,000. And of course we’ll continue to return the favour by sending you great leads whenever we receive enquiries that are suited to your space offering.

+- Am I eligible to submit a client in the Industry Buddy Bonus Scheme?

You can submit a client in this Buddy Bonus Scheme if you work for a commercial real estate agency, an office space provider or an existing Office Hub workspace partner. You must have worked with the client to explore their office space options and established that you cannot help them, and you must receive approval from your management to refer the client back to Office Hub to ensure there is no conflict of interest. We only want to help clients you can’t help.

+- Can I refer any client in the Buddy Bonus scheme?

Any client searching for office space can be referred in the Buddy Bonus, no matter what size or type of office space they are looking for. The aim of the scheme is to help you help clients you can’t place in your own office space – maybe you’re at full occupancy or don’t have a solution that’s quite right for them. By referring clients you can’t help back to Office Hub, we’ll reward you with cash and together we’ll keep building a strong partnership to generate more success together.

+- What happens once I submit my client's details in the Buddy Bonus scheme?

We’ll contact the client to offer assistance with their office search – if you know Office Hub, you know they’ll get great service and personalised solutions as we make their search oh-so-easy. Of course, our service is completely free for them with zero obligation so if they decide to go another way, that’s all good. But if we can help them find their dream office space (which is often the case!), we’ll send you a thank you of up to $1,000 based on the rental rate of their new office space.

+- How do I know if my referral is successful?

Your referral counts as successful when your client rents office space with Office Hub or one of our workspace partners for 6+ months. This can be any kind of physical office space for any amount of people. The Buddy Bonus does not apply to virtual offices, temporary space or any lease under 6 months.

+- What is my reward for a successful referral and how will I find out?

Your reward is money in the form of a visa gift voucher and the value is based on the average monthly rental value of the referred client’s new deal – you will earn 10% of the client’s new average monthly rental value. For example, if the client signs up to a space at $10,000 per month, you will receive the full $1,000. The client’s monthly rental value is the base rental rate of the office space excluding any extras. If your referral is successful, you’ll be notified by email with confirmation of the monthly value of the deal and the reward amount you have earned.

+- When will I receive my Buddy Bonus reward?

When Office Hub has received the first required payment from the client on their new office space, you will receive your reward within 60 working days. We will contact you by phone or email to confirm the best address or delivery method of the gift voucher.

+- I work in the industry – can I submit friends as well as clients?

Yep – anyone can submit a friend who needs office space or has office space for rent. Simply click the images below to find out more about each Buddy Bonus and submit your buddy’s details. Whichever schemes you use, your reward limit is capped at $1,000 so you can keep referring buddies and earning money up until you reach the limit.
