Question 1

What does a desk at Unicorn Workspaces cost per month in Germany?

Accepted Answer

Across the offices Unicorn Workspaces lists in Germany, the average is EUR 390 per desk per month. It is an average, not a starting price: a private office in Mitte costs more and a room for one or two people less, with team size moving it either way. Each listing shows its own monthly price so two options can be compared side by side.

Question 2

Can a team rent its own lockable office from Unicorn Workspaces in Germany?

Accepted Answer

Yes — Unicorn Workspaces lists 60+ private offices across Germany, from rooms for one or two people up to space for larger teams. A private office gives a team its own lockable space, furnished and serviced, on one monthly payment rather than a fit-out project. Terms run from a single month to 12, 24 months or longer.

Question 3

What do you get with an office at Unicorn Workspaces in Germany?

Accepted Answer

Offices and desks Unicorn Workspaces lists in Germany include furnished workspace, high-speed internet, utilities and cleaning in the monthly price, so a team can move in and work on the first day. Most buildings Unicorn Workspaces operates also offer 24/7 access, a kitchen and meeting room access. What is included beyond that varies by building, and each listing shows what applies at that address.

Question 4

Are the terms at Unicorn Workspaces flexible?

Accepted Answer

Terms at Unicorn Workspaces in Germany are flexible, running from a single month to 12, 24 months or longer. A month-to-month agreement suits a team testing a city or a size; committing for a year or more usually reduces the monthly rate. Notice periods and cancellation follow the agreement signed for that building, so check the term and notice clause before committing.

Question 5

How does workspace at Unicorn Workspaces compare with taking a conventional lease?

Accepted Answer

An office at Unicorn Workspaces in Germany is one monthly payment covering furnished space, internet, utilities and cleaning, on a term as short as a single month. A conventional lease quotes rent by floor area for several years and adds fit-out, service charge, local taxes and insurance on top. The average across the listings is EUR 390 per desk per month, which is the all-in figure rather than a headline rent.

Question 6

How big is Unicorn Workspaces in Germany?

Accepted Answer

Unicorn Workspaces has 13 locations in Germany with 60+ workspaces listed, covering private offices. The average is EUR 390 per desk per month. Each listing carries its own monthly price, size and inclusions, so two buildings can be compared before enquiring.

Question 7

Can a team start small at Unicorn Workspaces and take more space later?

Accepted Answer

Yes — Across its 13 locations in Germany, Unicorn Workspaces lists everything from a small private office up to a larger private office, so a business can start with what it needs now and move up in the same building as headcount grows. Terms from a single month to 12, 24 months or longer mean the step up does not require a new search or a new lease.

Question 8

How much does office space cost per desk in Mitte?

Accepted Answer

Across the offices Unicorn Workspaces lists in Mitte and the rest of Germany, the average is EUR 390 per desk per month, with furnished space, internet, utilities and cleaning inside that figure. A conventional lease quotes rent by floor area and adds fit-out, service charge and local taxes on top, usually for several years, so the two are not directly comparable on headline rent alone.

Question 9

What is a serviced office?

Accepted Answer

A serviced office is a furnished, ready-to-use office rented on one monthly payment that covers internet, utilities, cleaning and the building's shared facilities, rather than a lease plus a fit-out project. Unicorn Workspaces lists serviced private offices across Germany, from rooms for one or two people up to space for a whole team, on terms from a single month to 12, 24 months or longer.

Question 10

Is space at Unicorn Workspaces ready to use, or does it need fitting out?

Accepted Answer

The offices Unicorn Workspaces lists in Germany are furnished and connected before a business arrives, with internet, utilities and cleaning already inside the monthly price, so a team can usually work from the first day. How quickly that happens depends on availability at the building, the agreement and any changes asked for, such as extra desks, branding or specific IT.
