Question 1

How much does office space cost per desk in Berlin?

Accepted Answer

Across the offices Mindspace lists in Berlin and the rest of Germany, the average is EUR 544 per desk per month, with furnished space, internet, utilities and cleaning inside that figure. A conventional lease quotes rent by floor area and adds fit-out, service charge and local taxes on top, usually for several years, so the two are not directly comparable on headline rent alone.

Question 2

What does a desk at Mindspace cost per month in Germany?

Accepted Answer

Workspace at Mindspace in Germany averages EUR 544 per desk per month across the listings on Office Hub. That is an average rather than a starting price: a private office in Berlin sits above it, a shared desk below it.

Question 3

Does Mindspace have offices across Berlin?

Accepted Answer

Mindspace has 8 centres in Berlin, the largest part of its Germany portfolio of 14 locations. Rather than a single address, that gives a business a choice of districts, so an office can be taken close to clients or to the commute most of the team already makes, and compared on price and size before signing.

Question 4

Does Mindspace offer coworking desks in Germany?

Accepted Answer

Yes — Mindspace lists 20+ coworking desks across Germany, alongside its private offices. A coworking desk suits a freelancer, a consultant or a team of two or three who want a professional base without paying for a whole room. Desks in the shared area sit below the EUR 544 per desk monthly average. A team can move into a private office in the same building as it grows.

Question 5

Can a team rent its own lockable office from Mindspace in Germany?

Accepted Answer

Yes — Mindspace lists 80+ private offices across Germany, from rooms for one or two people up to space for larger teams. A private office gives a team its own lockable space, furnished and serviced, on one monthly payment rather than a fit-out project. Terms run from a single month to 12, 24 months or longer.

Question 6

Are internet and utilities included at Mindspace in Germany?

Accepted Answer

Offices and desks Mindspace lists in Germany include furnished workspace, high-speed internet, utilities and cleaning in the monthly price, so a team can move in and work on the first day. Most buildings Mindspace operates also offer 24/7 access, a kitchen and meeting room access. What is included beyond that varies by building, and each listing shows what applies at that address.

Question 7

Are the terms at Mindspace flexible?

Accepted Answer

Terms at Mindspace in Germany are flexible, running from a single month to 12, 24 months or longer. A short term suits a business that may grow or move within the year; a longer term usually brings a lower monthly rate. Notice periods and cancellation follow the agreement signed for that building, so check the term and notice clause before committing.

Question 8

How does workspace at Mindspace compare with taking a conventional lease?

Accepted Answer

An office at Mindspace in Germany is one monthly payment covering furnished space, internet, utilities and cleaning, on a term as short as a single month. A conventional lease quotes rent by floor area for several years and adds fit-out, service charge, local taxes and insurance on top. The average across the listings is EUR 544 per desk per month, which is the all-in figure rather than a headline rent.

Question 9

How big is Mindspace in Germany?

Accepted Answer

Mindspace has 14 locations in Germany with 110+ workspaces listed, covering private offices and coworking desks. The average is EUR 544 per desk per month. Each listing carries its own monthly price, size and inclusions, so two buildings can be compared before enquiring.

Question 10

What happens at Mindspace if my team grows?

Accepted Answer

Across its 14 locations in Germany, Mindspace lists everything from a coworking desk up to a larger private office, so a business can start with what it needs now and move up in the same building as headcount grows. Terms from a single month to 12, 24 months or longer mean the step up does not require a new search or a new lease.
