Coming from a background of small business, owners El, Rod and Ryan have always enjoyed being hands on, servicing others and creating amazing spaces. The Engine House team is encouraged to be independent, autonomous and creative. And most importantly, enjoy the day-to-day – thats what we are all about. You won’t find any inspirational quotes on the walls, ping pong or annoying buzzwords on our whiteboards. Neither will you find precious or stiff corporate offices filled with suits and swipe cards. What you will find is beautiful and convenient spaces designed to help you think, work, create and grow, while working alongside some of Melbourne’s most respected businesses and creative minds. We’re all about building a community for work and (just the right amount of) play.
