At CRES we believe that “work/life balance” is impossible to achieve and in fact, it isn’t actually a real thing. We work to prioritize our goals and our choices, to recognize and adapt to the changing seasons in our lives. Life is never perfectly balanced. It is merely a sequence of prioritized decisions. Our goal is to help each other keep our focus on the right priority at the right time. We do this with a mindset of diligence, not the “hustle” mentality. Doing this allows us to hyper focus on our purpose and our “why”. We were made to be in community and not to live life isolated and alone. This is C.R.E.S. Community.
