Suitable for businesses with a small team to larger corporates, this centre offers private offices for teams of 3 to entire floors of up to 70 people. One monthly licence fee includes internet, rent, maintenance, security, keyless entry, utilities, free tea and coffee and free use of onsite meeting rooms. The pricing is simple, one competitive monthly fee inclusive of all team members, no per member costs, with all the benefits of unlimited access to the Members Hub “The Rabbit Hole” and communal breakout spaces. There is no need to worry about sourcing furniture, setting up Wifi or getting keys cut. With a 1 months deposit and signed agreement, offices can be occupied in a day with the help from the onsite Community Team. Down “The Rabbit Hole” in the Members Hub, enjoy free beer Fridays from the Tarka4 Beer tap along with monthly events, free training sessions and a pool table. There are 2 meeting rooms and a conference suite on the ground floor kitted out with a 4K projector, conferencing facilities, air-conditioning and space for events and large meetings. There is also a selection of delicious catering available on request for breakfast meetings to canapes. Parking is available onsite in our privately managed car park along with bike storage. Exeter Bus Station is a 3 minute walk, Exeter Central Train Station 10 minutes and 15 minutes to the airport.
