‘Thorncroft Manor’ is an eighteenth century manor house set beside the river Mole in 15 acres of groundto the south of the town. The impressive entrance hall leads through to beautiful offices and suites suitable for one to eighteen people over three floors with high ceilings and generous proportions, many of the offices overlook the extensive gardens. Thorncroft Manor has an interesting history being one of the two feudal manors of Leatherhead from Norman times. It was held by Merton College, Oxford from 1266 to 1904. The house was re-built in its present form in the 1770’s in an Adamesque style. ‘Thorncroft Manor’ will have an exclusive “site only use” café that is very much a focal point for the site.The café provides high quality food in a relaxed lounge seating area and also provides clients withthe benefit of an on-site catering service for meetings or for general office delivery throughout the day.Thorncroft Manor car park backs onto the Leatherhead Leisure Centre with all the facilities it offers(swimming pool and gymnasium).We offer an “All Inclusive Package” which means there will be no hidden extras.
