Audrey House was constructed in the late 19th Century and now provides a multi-let office asset which neighbours St. Etheldredas Church, one of only two surviving buildings in London which date back to the late 13th Century.

Audrey House has undergone a comprehensive refurbishment with the enhancement of the striking Atrium being carefully cut away to provide a new feature staircase, and allowing all the available workspaces to be flooded with natural light.
