Building Overview

Fitzwilliam House is situated in the centre of the City, near iconic landmarks such as 30 St Mary Axe, also known as “The Gherkin.”On the 2nd and 6th floors, West 1 carried out a comprehensive Landlord CAT A refurbishment to prepare the spaces for future tenant occupation. Bespoke SAS metal pan ceilings were designed and installed, along with new design lighting and life security systems. West 1 also installed new electrac and cable distribution containment, followed by a new raised access floor for new finishes. Additionally, the existing passenger lift doors and reveals were refinished, and all wall finishes re-decorated to leave a 'white box'. Finally, the windows were re-sprayed to complete the refurbishment.
