Our unique downtown location offers free parking, access to two of Anchorage’s multi-use trails, nearby local business and outdoor seating options. The building is a two story structure with adjoining warehouse used by 49th State Brewing Company for their state-of-the-art production facility. From The Boardroom you can ride/run/walk to downtown Anchorage on the Costal Trail, or check out the salmon fishery over on the Ship Creek Trail.The Boardroom, the building, and surrounding area have been under redevelopment for the past three years with more improvements to come. A new 30 unit high-end condo project is being built adjacent to our building bringing residents to our ‘neighborhood’ and giving a on-site housing option to our members. A new road was put in to our building with new lighting, sidewalks and landscaping. And our good friends at 49th State Brewing are actively brewing, canning, and distributing from a brand new state of the art brewery. In the near future we expect to see continued exterior improvements, patio seating, beer garden, widened and paved parking lot, landscaping, and a brand new tap room. We are thrilled to be a part of the development in this area and we want your help in making this newest corner of downtown Anchorage a vibrant and beautiful place to be!
