Building Overview

Big Blue known as one of the most Iconic buildings located in the heart of Downtown Wichita Falls, Tx. Big Blue was originally built in 1920 as a 7 story bank building. In, the 1950s, Big Blue was remodelled and expanded to 12 stories. A 10 story tall marquee adorns the corner of the property, spanning most of the 154.94ft building height. Big Blue is know by its blue facade that was added in the 60’s. Built in the grand tradition of early banks, Big Blue boasts marble floors throughout much of the building. Roughly 20,000 feet of retail space sits on the ground level. Modernized to preserve its historic touch now offering premiere commercial office/ retail space.
