Cohab is located in the newly renovated Andress Artist and Entrepreneur Center. The Cohab space overlooks the historic Strand Theater and boasts beautiful windows, good light, and nice views. There is also in suite air conditioning, so it's always comfortable. Coffee is provided at no charge from local roaster Rhino Coffee (who's business offices are in the suite right next door)! The building is full of entrepreneurs and artists who know what it's like to run a business.
