Station House Arcade offers combination of unique boutique offices, associated with the well-known CoWorking space Station House St. Pete, and retail space located on the popular 600 block of Downtown St. Petersburg.

The Green Richmond Arcade building, also dubbed “Station House Arcade” is a mixed-use office and retail building built in 1925, located at 689 Central Ave in the heart of downtown St. Petersburg. The ground floor features national boutique hair salon “Bishops Cuts | Color”, and a local ice cream shop – “Urban Creamery”. The remaining space functions as an annex of our cowork and private office brand – Station House.
