A copier is available. Tenants must provide their own paper.Desks & FurnitureWhile the office sizes vary, they are all spacious and provide space for a desk and additional furniture if needed. Please note, desks and furniture are not provided but can be rented for an additional monthly fee.SecurityAll offices have keypad code-based locks. After hours and weekend access to the building can be arranged with proper notification.Window SignageSignage is available on the large front windows facing Superior Street/M-99. Tenants must sign a minimum 6-month lease and the decal must be approved by the Office Albion before installation. Tenants must pay for the decal and installation.
