The building features a welcoming reception area and common area where the Albion Area Chamber of Commerce currently resides. There are two restrooms on the first floor as well as a kitchenette for tenant use.ParkingParking is available either on Superior or Erie Streets or in the public lot on the corner of S Ionia and E Ash Streets, not far from the back door to the office.Utilities/Internet/CopierAll utilities including a robust private fiber-optic internet connection are included with an office rental. A copier is available. Tenants must provide their own paper.Desks & FurnitureWhile the office sizes vary, they are all spacious and provide space for a desk and additional furniture if needed. Please note, desks and furniture are not provided but can be rented for an additional monthly fee.SecurityAll offices have keypad code-based locks. After hours and weekend access to the building can be arranged with proper notification.Window SignageSignage is available on the large front windows facing Superior Street/M-99. Tenants must sign a minimum 6-month lease and the decal must be approved by the Office Albion before installation. Tenants must pay for the decal and installation.

Building Overview
The 410 S Superior St building is top-notch, high-speed, and fibre-equipped. It offers 24/7 access, administration support, reception services, telephone answering, and storage facilities. This air-conditioned building also features parking in the building, a business lounge, disabled access, building security, a concierge in the foyer. For those who like to cycle to work, there are also bike racks available.
