I occupy a suite that encompasses 2 suites. Suite 318 and 319. They were opened up into one suite several years ago. It consists of 4 offices as well as workspace in between. Due to my partner retiring, I only need 2 of the office spaces now as opposed to 4. My options are to either close up the wall and make them 2 separate suites, and only lease one of them, or to leave it as is and sublease the other half. Both desks (1 in each office), as well as bookshelves, a conference table and chairs would be included in the lease. There are also a couple file cabinets that could stay if needed. Will include half the average FPL costs (approx $150) in the sublease amount to cover that shared cost. The subleased unit would be Suite 319. There is a separate entrance door for that suite.

Centrally located in west central Broward County. Easy access.
