Co-Fe members have access to: a 1-Gigabyte per second fiber broadband internet connection; a “huddle room,” a small conference room (with Zoom Room functionality) and a board room. Meeting rooms can support groups of 2-14 participants. Additionally, the space includes two living room/lounges; copy and printing services; four phone booths; a full-service kitchen with locally roasted organic coffee, teas, drinks and snacks; broadband access within the adjoining café and outside seating spaces; USPS mailbox and package delivery services; subscriptions to the NY Times; educational programming to support member’s business skill development; discounted access to neighborhood businesses (i.e. Iconik); food delivery, among other amenities.

Co-Fe – A neighborhood-based collaborative workspaceCo-Fe is a 6,000-sf collaborative workplace that includes 13 private offices, 19 dedicated desks, 18 “open seat” workspaces, and a large number of virtual and community memberships. Private offices range in size from 46-sf to 280-sf. While most private offices support single person or two-person operations, four 150-280-sf offices service 3-4 person teams.
