26 Broadway is on a pentagonal site bounded by Broadway to the northwest, Bowling Green to the west, Beaver Street to the south, New Street to the east/southeast, and the axis of Morris Street to the north.We strive to create spaces that allow people to feel focused and comfortable. Our design errs on the side of simplicity– celebrating original building details, the character of raw materials, and select fine furnishings. An oasis in downtown NYC, the location is filled with greenery; moss walls, fresh flowers, and live planters can be found throughout.
