Ours buildings offer shared reception areas, coffee bars, executive conference rooms, and private parking for tenants. Each office is priced with ALL utilities provided. Each office is offered at a flat rate. No Cam. No single/double/triple/or modified net leases are offered by the Liberty Office Group, LLC. All utilities; heat, hot water, electricity, gas, water, sewer, taxes, parking, building maintenance, ground maintenance, snow removal, professional cleaning of common space, And ultra fast Business Class Fiber Internet (both WiFi and Wired) are included in the one flat rent rate. All of our facilities have been completely renovated "Green" through and through, with new insulation and energy-efficient windows. The heating is provided by Biofuel, and a quarter of the electricity used by the Liberty Office Group is generated by renewable resources. There is a charitable giving program offered to all tenants, and the Liberty Office Group is a proud supporter of NHPR, the Lions Club, New Horizons Food Bank, and other local NH organizations.
