The Spencer Building is a state-of-the-art facility offering High Speed Fibre, 24/7 access, administrative support, reception services, telephone answering and storage facilities. Providing a comfortable and accessible environment for all users, the building is air-conditioned and features dedicated onsite parking as well as a business lounge. The safety and security of tenants are further ensured through CCTV surveillance. Disabled access is also made available to ensure everyone can take advantage of the building's many amenities.
