Private Office SuitePrivate Office Suites range in size from one to six occupants and come unfurnished with a locking door and a secure mailbox. Our private offices are a one-year minimum commitment and are billed monthly. Fixed Desk MembershipA dedicated space to call your own. Mercantile fixed desks feature a 30x60 Knoll Workstation, lockable file cabinet, privacy screen and ergonomic chair. Our fixed desks are available in pods of four and six desks. We require a three-month minimum commitment.We have 3 product offerings available:- Regular fixed desks - Mezzanine fixed desks - Semi-private sit/stand fixed desksMeeting rooms that inspire productivityWith seating for 8 to 20 people, our meeting rooms are designed to enhance comfort and maximize productivity.Each room is equipped with high speed WiFi, a Vizio 65-inch Smart Flatscreen TV, a Polycom Conference Phone (VOIP) and a dry erase board.House-brewed local coffee, hot tea and infused-water service are also available (additional fees apply).

The Mercantile is located in the historic Ellis-Forde Building in the heart of downtown Wenatchee. It's a short walk to cafes, restaurants, and pubs.Many common Wenatchee destinations are a 10 minute or less walk away, including: Wenatchee Convention Center, Wenatchee City Hall, Chelan PUD, Pybus Public Market, Coast Hotel, Hilton Garden Inn, Riverfront Park, Numerica Performing Arts Center.Getting to the MercantileParking options: Free, all-day public parking is available one block away in the City lot on Columbia Street.Paid hourly and monthly parking is available in the Liberty Theater Parking lot immediately west of the building.Bicycle parking is available on-street, across the street in front of Cafe Mela.
