Originally the Lincoln Theater II, 1116 S 14th St. was later repurposed as a community center that housed after-school care for children in the community. Once the community center closed, the building remained unoccupied until purchased by Kimble Properties in September of 2019. At the beginning of 2020, Kimble Properties together with Wade Investments joined together to renovate and repurpose the space. Now Legacy on 14th Street, the building serves as an office and event space where ecosystems collide to bridge opportunities and foster the community.
