We offer variety office spaces starting with individual desks and offices from 75 sq feet up to newly remodeled open floors, which are 5500 square feet. Each of our office floors (three through ten) have an individual and distinctive ambiance, however, every floor exhibits the beautiful Tennessee Walnut marble lining our hallways. While trying to retain the original beauty of our building (built 1920’s), our building is also a “Smart Building” with fibre optics on each floor and a new, energy-efficient air conditioning system.All remodeled floors have been equipped to meet the American Disability Act (ADA for Handicapped). Nightly janitor and utilities are included in rent.Because our building hosts communications equipment (antennas on our roof) we are exempt from rolling blackouts. Also, our in house internet service provider, Integrity Networks, offers fast fiberoptic T3 internet connections, which each boast a DS3 at 45Mbps, for a total of 90Mbps.

The Pacific Southwest Building is a historic building situated in Downtown Fresno. It is the tallest building between Los Angeles and San Francisco and was constructed using design and technology that were ahead of their time including the use of a concrete encased steel structure. This impressive Neo Classical skyscraper was the most expensive building built in California between 1920 and 1930.This landmark 16-story high rise was originally built in 1925. Upon acquisition in 2011, Khatchadourian brothers completed a comprehensive redevelopment including a complete building system upgrade and core renovation.
