The Capitol is the connecting road from Aukevleerstraat to the Grolsch Veste. Capitol 50 is a four-storey building and is suitable for both small start-ups and larger growing companies. Rental is possible per office (from 16.6 m2) or entire floor (approx. 214 m2). There is also a fully equipped flex office for rent that you can use occasionally or on the basis of a subscription and we have a furnished office available on the ground floor.
