In Westerparkstaete you can rent office space ranging from approx. 11 m2 to approx. 54 m2. The rental price includes the costs for utilities, cleaning, wifi, coffee/tea, use of indoor bicycle shed and 24/7 access to the building. When renting, a 2-month deposit is charged. Optionally, if there is sufficient availability, a parking space can be rented in the indoor parking garage. The costs for a parking space are 75 euros per month and is accessible 24/7.
