Question 1

How much does Kofisi Africa office space cost per month in Nairobi?

Accepted Answer

Kofisi Africa workspace in Kenya averages KES 65,090 per desk per month across the 27 listings here, a figure spanning both its private offices and its enterprise suites.

It is an average across those listings rather than an entry price, so the rate for any one suite depends on the building, the number of desks and the term.

Enquire on a listing and the operator confirms the current figure.

Question 2

Where are Kofisi Africa's workspaces in Kenya?

Accepted Answer

Kofisi Africa has five on-market buildings in Kenya, and all five are in Nairobi, holding 27 available workspaces between them.

Every one of those buildings records 24/7 access, reception services and disabled access, so the practical differences between them come down to size, layout and price.

Availability changes, so check the individual listing for what is on the market at each address.

Question 3

What types of workspace does Kofisi Africa list in Nairobi?

Accepted Answer

Two types are listed for Kofisi Africa in Kenya: 20 private office listings and seven enterprise suite listings, 27 in total across five Nairobi buildings.

Private offices suit a lockable room for a small or mid-sized team, while enterprise suites are aimed at larger headcounts wanting their own contained area.

All of the buildings record furnished, air conditioned space with reception and mail handling.

Question 4

Does Kofisi Africa offer coworking desks?

Accepted Answer

Kofisi Africa's own site lists a Flexible Desks membership giving access to its shared workspaces and services in Kenya, so shared desks exist at its centres.

They are not bookable as a separate space type here: the listings on this page are private offices and enterprise suites only.

Ask Kofisi Africa directly about desk membership terms, or enquire on a private office listing for a dedicated room.

Question 5

Can a large team take a whole suite with Kofisi Africa?

Accepted Answer

Yes — Seven of the 27 Kofisi Africa listings in Kenya are enterprise suites, which are built for larger teams that want a self-contained area rather than a single room.

Kofisi Africa's site also describes a Bespoke Office service, where it customises a workspace for a large team.

Fit-out scope, headcount and term are agreed with the operator, so enquire on the listing to discuss requirements.

Question 6

Does Kofisi Africa have meeting rooms in Nairobi?

Accepted Answer

Three of Kofisi Africa's five Kenyan buildings record a meeting room, and in each of those three the room is bookable at a charge rather than included.

Meeting rooms are not listed as separately bookable spaces here; Kofisi Africa arranges them at the centre.

Its site also promotes conference and event space seating over 100 people with audio-visual systems, so larger bookings are handled directly.

Question 7

What is included in a Kofisi Africa membership?

Accepted Answer

Every one of the five Kofisi Africa buildings in Kenya records furnished, air conditioned space with reception services, mail handling, a kitchen, printing facilities and a business lounge.

Kofisi Africa's site adds that members reach its shared workspaces and services across centres, together with member events and on-site hospitality.

Exact inclusions differ by plan and building, so check the listing before you commit.

Question 8

Does Kofisi Africa offer 24/7 access?

Accepted Answer

Yes — All five Kofisi Africa buildings in Kenya record 24/7 access, so members are not limited to office hours in Nairobi.

All five also record disabled access, which matters if step-free entry is a requirement for your team.

Access is usually controlled by card or fob and the arrangements are set per building, so the operator confirms the detail when you enquire on a listing.

Question 9

How long are Kofisi Africa office terms?

Accepted Answer

Terms with Kofisi Africa in Kenya run from a single month to 12, 24 months or longer, and the commitment you choose affects the price per desk.

Short agreements give flexibility at a higher monthly rate; longer ones usually bring the rate down and can support a fit-out for an enterprise suite.

Enquire on the listing and the operator sets out the term options for that building.

Question 10

How do I arrange a tour of a Kofisi Africa centre in Nairobi?

Accepted Answer

Enquire on the Kofisi Africa listing you like and the operator arranges a viewing at that Nairobi building, usually within a few days.

Because the listings are furnished, air conditioned offices and suites with reception and printing already in place, a team can normally move in soon after terms are signed.

How soon depends on the number of desks you need and what is listed.
