Office spaces for rent in Central Jakarta

Overview

At the very core of the city is Central Jakarta, not just the most centralised location geographically, but the most prominent wedge of the capital. By day, Central Jakarta is a buzzing business district filled with workers hustling away inside of the plentiful office buildings. By night, the area turns into a shopping mecca and a great spot to grab a drink after a hard week's work.

The majority of business activity in Central Jakarta happens inside of the "Golden Triangle". The Central Business District is defined by Jalan Thamrin-Sudirman, Jalan HR. Rasuna Said, and Jalan Gatot Subroto, stretched all the way into South Jakarta, making an imagined triangle in which you will find most commercial high-rises and companies base their business.

Central Jakarta has an abundance of historic developments and important landmarks, with the National Monument as the focal point in the middle of Merdeka Square. Others include the National Museum, Istiqlal Mosque and Jakarta Catherdral - which all signifies the religious diversity in the city centre.

The traffic can be quite heavy at all times, which makes train the best means of transportation into and out of the area. If you are arriving by car you will most likely come via Jakarta's inner ring toll road, which is circling around the city centre.
