The monthly fee covers furniture, high-speed internet, access management, cleaning, consumables, waste management, maintenance, multi-risk insurance and ten hours of meeting room use per month.The contract is a service agreement. The commitment is twelve months, with three months' notice and a three-month security deposit. A single point of contact, from the first visit to move-out.The street is pedestrian.
