Question 1

How much is Regus office space in Switzerland?

Accepted Answer

Regus office space in Switzerland averages CHF 539 per desk per month across the listings on Office Hub. That is an average rather than a starting price: a private office in Geneva sits above it, a shared desk below it.

Question 2

Where are the Regus centres in Switzerland?

Accepted Answer

Regus has 30+ locations across Switzerland, led by Geneva with 6, Zurich with 4, Zug with 3, with Basel, Lausanne and Lugano behind them. A business with staff in more than one of those cities can put them all under one operator and one agreement rather than negotiating separately in each.

Question 3

Does Regus offer coworking desks in Switzerland?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Regus lists 40+ coworking desks across Switzerland, alongside its private offices. Coworking desks are the lowest-cost way into a Regus building, and suit solo workers and small teams, and they sit below the CHF 539 per desk monthly average. A team can move into a private office in the same building as it grows.

Question 4

Does Regus offer virtual offices in Switzerland?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Regus lists 60+ virtual office options across Switzerland. A virtual office gives a business a professional address at a Regus centre, with mail handling and the option to book a desk or meeting room there when one is needed. It is the lowest-priced product in the range and sits well below the CHF 539 per desk monthly average for physical space.

Question 5

Does Regus offer serviced private offices in Switzerland?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Regus lists 410+ private offices across Switzerland, from rooms for one or two people up to space for larger teams. It gives a team a door that locks and its own space, furnished and serviced, on one monthly payment rather than a fit-out project. Terms run from a single month to 12, 24 months or longer.

Question 6

What do you get with a Regus office in Switzerland?

Accepted Answer

Every Regus office and desk listed in Switzerland includes furnished workspace, high-speed internet, utilities and cleaning in the monthly price, so a team can move in and work on the first day. Most Regus buildings also offer a staffed reception, meeting room access and IT support. What is included beyond that varies by building, and each listing shows what applies at that address.

Question 7

What is the minimum contract for a Regus office in Switzerland?

Accepted Answer

Terms on Regus workspace in Switzerland are flexible, running from a single month to 12, 24 months or longer. Shorter terms give a team room to change its mind, while a longer commitment normally lowers what it pays each month. Notice periods and cancellation follow the agreement signed for that building, so check the term and notice clause before committing.

Question 8

Who owns Regus, and is it the same company as Spaces or HQ?

Accepted Answer

Regus is a brand of IWG plc, the flexible workspace group that also operates Spaces and HQ. The brands share a parent company and booking systems but are positioned differently, and each is listed separately. In Switzerland, Regus operates 30+ locations offering private offices, coworking desks and virtual offices on flexible terms.

Question 9

How many Regus centres are there in Geneva?

Accepted Answer

Regus has 6 centres in Geneva, its largest concentration in Switzerland, with more in Zurich, Zug and Basel. Across Switzerland there are 30+ Regus locations and 530+ listings, so most teams can find a building within reach of their clients or their commute.

Question 10

Can a team start small at Regus and take more space later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Across its 30+ locations in Switzerland, Regus lists everything from a coworking desk up to a larger private office, so a business can start with what it needs now and move up in the same building as headcount grows. Terms from a single month to 12, 24 months or longer mean the step up does not require a new search or a new lease.
